The name of this interesting town is told to come from the hot springs that might have healed emperor Tiberius' horse. It's worth to be seen for its well preserved historical town centre based on a medieval structure, for its colonnade streets and several nobiliary palaces and churches. Two of the most important and famous buildings of Bagnacavallo are the parish church of San Pietro in Sylvis and the square named Piazza Nuova. |
